I have been investing in real estate and selling real estate for over a decade. I have sold over 200 million USD  worth of real estate. I have worked with many international investors from all around the world and guided them from A to Z. I always believe something that if you don't respect someone else's money you won't respect your own money this is what my father taught me.
Real estate is a great way to build wealth. It is a form of investment. Just like the stock market or other assets but much safer than others if you play it right. The world is changing,  it is getting richer than ever. As I have mentioned before,  during my career I always worked with international investors. This gave me a great opportunity to understand the motivation of international buyers. Selling property to local people or to international is not the same thing. Motivations  Not only people are getting rich, but also many problems, and conflicts go on around the world. This pushes the people who have wealth, to leave their hometowns and transfer their wealth to safe countries. Another reason people buy property out of their hometown is to get a higher  ( or they tend to interest mostly economically stable countries such as Dubai, the Europe Union, the US, etc.) income such as EURO or USD or UAE DIRHAM.
Selling the high-ticket product such as real estate properties is not easy. Since the young age, I have had the opportunity to have my own company working as an exclusive agent for mega projects taught me how to manage small-but-effective teams to close a certain amount of deals, to reach our targets. The other sides of the business such as digital marketing on real estate, sourcing, searching for a new market, and job interviews. So all this created the perfect environment for me to taste a bit of many sides of the business. Let's say the marketing team and the sales team should always have a great connection so the marketing side can have better performance, therefore, sales volume increase. Or for the call center team,  this team is my main priority and
I am the one teaching cold calling from scratch so we all talk about the same sales scenario thus we get very well connected in the future. Being consistent about what we are talking about the project makes things more easier ; sales organization easily flows. By doing all this, an inexperienced team can have an understanding of the hardest part of the work. I motivate my team on a daily basis with my morning meetings. Always ask for daily things like how everything goes in their life and then ask about daily life,  news, and habits, and then check where we are on our plan. We don't dream to sell, we have a plan which is gonna get us there. Creating a great team environment for the team, doing the work between different departments, and making sure everything goes correctly and deals are closing is such a great effort.  Besides all this hustle, I take clients during the day ( sometimes from the presentation )

The "Increasing sales volume" subject depends on a lot of things but most importantly having a certain consistent motivation is the key.  My best asset is my personality and leadership. I don't show what it needs to get done, I also do with them. Being an actor taught me a lot about STORY-TELLING. Many nights in LA, I stayed awake till morning to figure out the script and how to deliver the thing in a way that touch their soul.

. On the other side of helping them to explore their creative sides, I also show them how to believe in what we are selling and show the value in it. Showing up with certain lifestyles is important  and being a mentor for them and creating a friendly-competitive work environment are another points of how I work.
